Clinical inputs
Allowed range: 3–20 g/dL
Below 10 g/dL (100 g/L) scores 1. A value of exactly 10 does not.
Allowed range: 100–400000 /µL
Above 25×10^9/L scores 2. A count of exactly 25 does not.
Allowed range: 1000–2000000 /µL
Below 100×10^9/L scores 2. A count of exactly 100 does not.
Allowed range: 0–30 %
At least 2% scores 1.
Allowed range: 0–3 grade
Grade 2 or 3 scores 1. Grade 0 or 1 does not.

Guglielmelli P et al. MIPSS70: Mutation-Enhanced International Prognostic Score System for Transplantation-Age Patients With Primary Myelofibrosis. J Clin Oncol. DOI: 10.1200/JCO.2017.76.4886. PMID: 29226763. One point each for hemoglobin <100 g/L, circulating blasts ≥2%, fibrosis grade ≥2, constitutional symptoms, absence of a CALR type 1–like mutation, and the HMR category (any of ASXL1, EZH2, SRSF2, IDH1/2). Two points each for leukocytes >25×10^9/L, platelets <100×10^9/L, and two or more HMR genes. Two mutations in the same gene count as one gene. The HMR category and the two-or-more item are both counted, so two or more HMR genes contribute 3 points and the total runs from 0 to 12. Low is 0–1 (median survival 27.7 years), intermediate is 2–4 (7.1 years), and high is 5 or more (2.3 years). (2018)
