Ruqelo has five modes, switchable from the top bar: Klaero (clinical notes), Savori (clinical opinion), Lysen (voice consult), Refaro (specialty consultation simulation), and Simulate (teaching scenario generator).
Pick the mode that matches your task. Your selected specialty and language carry across every mode.
Select your specialty and language in the top bar.
In Klaero, choose a note format, paste your rough clinical notes, and press Generate or Ctrl/Cmd+Enter.
The AI returns a structured note in your chosen format. Keep the conversation going to refine, shorten, expand, or translate it.
Ruqelo supports 20+ medical specialties, each with tailored prompts, documentation formats, and reference sources.
Change specialty from the pill at the top of the chat — your conversation scope updates automatically.
Klaero offers 16+ note formats. Universal formats are always available: Admission Clerking, SOAP / Progress, SBAR, Ward Round, Discharge Summary, Referral Letter, Free Text, and a saveable Custom format.
Specialty-specific formats appear based on your selected specialty — for example ED Clerking, Internal Medicine Clerking, Operative Note, Pre-anaesthetic Assessment, Neurology Note, Psychiatry Note + MSE, Obstetric Note, Paediatric Clerking, and Cardiology Note.
Pick the format from the selector beside the specialty pill. The generated note follows that format's structure and headings exactly.
When your specialty is Emergency Medicine, you can choose 'ED Format' — a dedicated house style alongside ED Clerking.
It uses PMH / PSH / Allergies, an HPI with pertinent negatives, baseline examination blocks, an Investigations / Differential / Plan structure, and consultant-level closure, plus STEMI, Stroke, and Trauma code variants.
Select it from the format selector once Emergency Medicine is your specialty.
Klaero can learn how you like your notes. When you ask it to change a note's structure (e.g. 'always put allergies at the top' or 'use bullet points for the exam'), it applies the change immediately and offers to remember it for future notes.
Choose 'Remember' and the preference is saved to your account and applied automatically to future notes. Choose 'Just this note' and it only affects the current note.
View or remove saved preferences anytime under Preferences → Saved note preferences.
Notes, opinions, and voice work in 11 languages — English, Arabic, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Urdu.
Use the flag selector top-right or press Ctrl/Cmd+L. Specialty formatting is preserved across all languages.
Click the microphone in the composer to dictate rough notes — your speech is transcribed into the input box.
For a spoken back-and-forth with the AI, use Lysen (Voice Consult) from the top bar instead.
Savori answers like a senior colleague — direct answer first, evidence second — and references specialty-specific guidelines (NICE, AHA/ACC, ESC, RCEM/ACEP, Cochrane and more).
Ask focused questions; relevant sources appear in the References section after each answer.
Savori searches current literature and references (PubMed, OpenFDA, RxNorm, and clinical reference texts) when relevant.
Drug interaction and dosing questions trigger targeted FDA and interaction checks.
Attach clinical images or documents via the + menu in the composer for added context.
Supported formats include JPG, PNG, PDF, and DOCX.
Klaero and Savori support three response modes: Instant (fast, on every plan), Thinking (deeper reasoning, Plus and Elite), and Extended (evidence-gathered, Elite).
Choose the mode from the selector in the composer to trade speed for depth.
Lysen is a natural, doctor-to-AI voice consultation. Choose a voice (Dokto, Quill, Atlas, or Aria), speak your case, and Lysen responds conversationally, asks follow-up questions, and calculates clinical scores.
A full transcript is saved after each session. Lysen is available on Plus (15 consultations/month) and Elite (40 consultations/month).
Before you call a specialist, ask Refaro. It tells you whether the referral is warranted, lists the exact questions the receiving specialty will ask, calculates the relevant scores, advises what to do first, and predicts the likely outcome.
Emergency Medicine is excluded — the ED consults others. Refaro is available on Plus (2/month) and Elite (unlimited).
Simulate builds complete teaching simulation scenarios across 20+ specialties. Set the specialty, theme, learner level, and complexity, and it generates a detailed scenario with learning objectives and progression phases.
Vitals and labs are presented as tables, ECG findings as text, and imaging as specialty-appropriate illustrative figures. Optional arrest/code phases and a structured debrief are included, and you can export or share the finished scenario.
Simulate is available on Ruqelo Elite (30 scenarios/month).
Ruqelo has three plans. Basic: unlimited Klaero notes and Savori opinions with Instant mode across all specialties.
Plus: everything in Basic, plus Thinking mode, Lysen voice (15/month), and Refaro (2/month).
Elite: everything in Plus, plus Extended mode, Lysen voice (40/month), unlimited Refaro, and Simulate (30/month).
