Primary source

Kedrion Biopharma. RhoGAM Ultra-Filtered PLUS [Rho(D) Immune Globulin (Human)] prescribing information, revised 2025. Each prefilled syringe contains 300 µg (1500 IU) and suppresses immunization from up to 15 mL of Rh-positive red blood cells. For exposure above 15 mL, administer 20 µg per mL of Rh-positive red blood cells, rounding up to the next whole syringe. The same 20 µg per mL rule yields one 300 µg syringe at 15 mL and at any smaller positive exposure covered by one syringe. The label does not print a maximum number of syringes. Give the total dose within 72 hours of exposure. Intramuscular use. Do not inject the newborn. (2025)
