Delete your Ruqelo account

Deleting your account removes your Ruqelo profile, conversations, notes, files, and the sign-in. Ruqelo also cancels a Ruqelo web subscription and deletes the web payment customer when one exists.

The application data is deleted as part of this request. A failed step is retried until it finishes.

Payment records the payment processor must keep for tax or fraud disputes can remain with that processor. Audit rows are kept without your name or identifier. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are not cancelled here.

Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in the store. Ruqelo cannot cancel those for you.
