Delete your Ruqelo account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated Ruqelo data from the signed-in account settings.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to Ruqelo and open the account menu.
- Select “Delete account.”
- Review what will be deleted and type DELETE to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account profile, preferences, and style memory
- Your clinical notes, cases, and conversations
- Your uploaded images, files, and reference documents
- Patient-education artifacts and all links or tokens used to share them
Stripe may retain its own invoice records where legally required. Ruqelo does not retain a user-identifiable copy in its database.
Deletion timeline
Deletion is immediate once confirmed. Your account is signed out and cannot be recovered.
