Clinical inputs

Choose exactly one side-specific cortical assessment. With right hemiparesis, test aphasia using the commands ‘Close your eyes’ and ‘Make a fist’: both correct = 0, one correct = 1, neither = 2. With left hemiparesis, show the paretic arm and ask ‘Whose arm is this?’ (asomatognosia), then ask ‘Can you move your arms and clap your hands?’ (anosognosia): neither sign = 0, either sign = 1, both = 2. The alternatives are mutually exclusive.
