Clinical inputs
Use only at 12 months after PCI in a patient adherent to aspirin and thienopyridine who had no myocardial infarction, stroke, stent thrombosis, repeat revascularization, or GUSTO moderate/severe bleeding during the first year. Do not use if long-term oral anticoagulation is indicated, DAPT cannot be continued, life expectancy is limited, pregnancy is present or planned, or surgery is expected to require interruption of antiplatelet therapy.
